School Building Access

Visitors and volunteers will not be permitted in buildings until further notice. We will continue to monitor conditions and data provided by the Department of Public Health (DPH), the DeKalb County Board of Health (DBOH) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Virtual HMS Band Performance 2021

Our HMS 6th, 7th & 8th grade bands, under the direction of Mr. Derrick White, combined at the end of last school year to produce a virtual band performance. Mr. White completed the video over the summer. Please enjoy our HMS band performing "Apollo Overture."

Parent Portal Information

The system will shut down Friday at 5 p.m. Once maintenance is completed a message will be sent to notify users that the system is up and available for use. Home Base will be returned to service no later than 6 a.m., Monday morning. If a delay in bringing up the system should occur, users will be notified via NC SIS email.
