User Expectations

The Morgan County School System (MCSS) manages student information electronically and will make student records available for viewing to authorized parents/guardians through a secure connection over the Internet.

Electronic Access to Student Information Regulation

The MCSS uses a secure Internet site to enable electronic access to student information. All users of the Campus Portal understand that this is a private network for which account activity is electronically recorded. All users of Campus Portal consent to electronic monitoring of account activity.

Accessible Information

MCSS reserves the right to add, modify, or delete functions viewed via the Infinite Campus Portal at any time without notice, including, but not limited to, the functions listed below.

Limitation of District Liability

The MCSS will use reasonable measures to protect student information from unauthorized viewing. The district will not be responsible for actions taken by the parent/guardian that might compromise their student’s information. Each school will make every attempt to ensure that information is accurate and complete.

Helen Morgan School Menus

Sodexo delivers healthy and delicious school meals based on the USDA’s nutrition guidelines so that students are engaged and ready to learn in school. All meals include a variety of fresh fruit and vegetable choices, and a variety of chilled non-fat or low-fat milk.

Users of the above menus acknowledge and agree that Sodexo is not responsible for any inaccuracy arising out of changes made by the manufacturers after creation of the menu.
