Founded in 1897, Gilman School is a pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade private independent day school for boys in Baltimore, Maryland. What time does the middle school office call?
If a student is going to be absent from school, parents are asked to telephone the Middle School office by 8:00 a.m. (410-323-7093) and inform Ms. Pollard as to the reason for the absence. Please notify Ms. Pollard in writing in advance of a planned absence or absence for a religious holiday.

When are Gilman transcripts due 2021?
Student transcripts and Common Referral Forms must be submitted by Monday, January 25, 2021 . Gilman retains an applicant's information in the strictest confidence, as defined in the Association of Independent Maryland and DC Schools (AIMS) Policy Statement on Confidentiality of Student Recommendations.
When is the SSS application due?
Access to SSS forms at SSS Online will become active on Friday, October 2, 2020 and must be completed by Tuesday, December 15, 2020, which is also the admissions application deadline. SSS requires a non-refundable fee of $55.
When are enrollment deposits due for 2021?
Enrollment contracts and deposits are due on Friday, March 5 , 2021. The enrollment deposit is ten percent of your son's yearly tuition.
Does Gilman offer tuition assistance?
Gilman offers tuition assistance to families based on need. To determine the level of assistance for which a family qualifies (if applicable), a completed School and Student Services (SSS) Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) must be submitted separate from the School admissions application. Access to SSS forms at SSS Online will become active on Friday, October 2, 2020 and must be completed by Tuesday, December 15, 2020, which is also the admissions application deadline.
