How do I access the Genesis Parent Portal?

We open the Genesis Parent Portal late August, each year. How do I create an account to access my student's Genesis information? If you have provided your child's school main office with an email address, then you will receive a Genesis system generated email with your username (email address provided) and password.

What do I do if I don't have a Genesis account?

If you do not have a login to Genesis, please contact your child's school and they will be able to help you. If you have been locked out of your account, or have forgotten your account information, please contact your child's school to have your account unlocked.

Parents who do not have access to the Parent Module can download and printout an application form. Please fill out the form completely and promptly return it to the school so that the account can be created by Computer Services. Once the account has been created the parent will receive an email with their login information.

Parents K-12 will be able to monitor their child's attendance and view report cards. Middle and High School Parents are able to frequently monitor their child's progress and teachers can use their gradebook to give parents and students information on academic progress and attendance.

An overview of high school programs, graduation requirements and a chance to learn about our Academies of Learning. If you can't make it, don't worry - it will be livestreamed on JTV and the video will be available afterwards online.

Can parents check their child's progress?

Parents who have an account can login to check their child's (or children's) academic progress in their classes. Through the Parent Module parents and/or guardians may also be asked to fill out forms that may be required by the school district.

District is Offering FREE In-Person, After-School Tutoring to Middle and High School Students - See Dates, Times, Locations

Registration is not required - For students who need help in content areas, concept building, or a quiet place to do homework and study. Late bus provided.
