Learning Fun for Everyone! It’s Fun! Gymnastics programs can be used as a base to equip children with a wide variety of movement concepts, basic motor patterns and skills so they are better able to live a healthy, active life and participate in whatever activity that brings them joy. Gymnastics benefits every child regardless of talent and ability.

What is fun and fit?

Fun & Fit is a school-aged child care program for children who are at least four-years-old AND have completed Pre-K to those who are NO OLDER than 12 years as of August 1 of the current year.

What is fun and fit after school?

Fun & Fit’s after school child care offers a safe, fun and active environment for children to spend their time while giving parents piece of mind knowing that their child is being cared for by trained child care professionals. In the afternoon children arrive and have a great snack and then enjoy free play, outside time, art projects, science projects and cooking projects. Time is set aside each day to complete homework if requested by the parent/guardian.

What are the benefits of being a gymnast?

Increased agility, coordination and fundamentals of movement. Gain self-esteem, confidence and a positive “can do” attitude. An increase in muscular strength, flexibility and endurance (pound for pound, gymnasts are among the strongest of Olympic athletes).

Do kids need to wear masks in the gym?

Children will not need a mask in the gym but may be asked to wear one in some situations (ex. in the van, in camp rooms, if feeling sick, etc).
