What is a teen gymnastics class?

TEEN CLASSES. Teen Gym is for children 12 years and older, who wish to learn the basics of gymnastics. It is for children of all abilities. The focus of the class is on enjoyment, fitness and the development of appropriate gymnastics skills.

This class is also suitable for children aged 9-11 years who have no prior gymnastics experience.

BEGINNER GYMNASTICS. Beginner Gym is for school-aged children (5-8 years) who wish to learn the basics of gymnastics. What age is kinder jumpers?

Kinder Gym Jumpers is for children aged 2.5-4 years. Kinder Rec is a coach-run class for 4-5 years olds who are not yet at school. This Kinder Gym oriented class does not involve parent/caregiver participation. Beginner Gym is for school-aged children (5-8 years) who wish to learn the basics of gymnastics.
