What can I do with the parent portal?

What information can parents/guardians see in the portal?

Each parent/guardian Portal account provides access to information for those students for which the parent/guardian has legal rights to records. The Campus Portal incorporates the highest level of security. Parents/guardians can see only information related to the students they are authorized to view.

What if my child/students don't pay for EDP?

In order to attend, your child/children must be enrolled in EDP and your account must be current each week. Payments are due Monday of each week. If payment is not received by Wednesday , student/students may not attend and a $30 Late Payment fee will be applied to the account.

Can I use my phone or tablet for EDP?

How long does it take to cancel an EDP?

What grades are in the Rosa Parks Early Childhood Education Center?

Only children enrolled for in-person classes at Union schools, grades prekindergarten through seventh grade as well as the Rosa Parks Early Childhood Education Center, may participate in the program. A child may enroll in the before-school session, the after-school session, or both. Enrollment is required EACH YEAR FOR ALL STUDENTS!

What time does the Education Service Center open?

Education Service Center Office Hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p .m. Activity fees are non-refundable. There will be no exceptions. You must be pre-enrolled and pre-paid to attend.

Do you have to notify EDP of emergency information changes?

You MUST notify your EDP site if any of your emergency information changes – especially phone numbers! This is to guarantee your child’s safety!

Can you pay for school services at a school site?

Parent access to the Education Service Center is very limited and is by appointment only due to COVID-19 restrictions. School sites cannot accept payments.

Is EDP enrollment limited?

Please note: EDP enrollment will be limited at each site this year due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Utilizing a credit card payment through EZChildTrack will be the quickest way to complete the enrollment process and be approved to attend EDP. We will close enrollment at each individual site once the site's capacity is filled and you will be put on a waiting list.

When can parents access the school portal?

Parents and guardians can access the Portal at any time. However, some information may not be available during the summer months. Typically schedules or class lists are not available to parents or students until your school’s Get Connected Day, typically in August. Contact your child's school for more information about specific dates.

What is Campus Portal?

Campus Portal is where students are able to access and submit online assignments. Parents will be able to see their student’s active assignments and keep up-to-date with their academic progress.

What is the portal for schoology?

The Portal is a confidential and secure website that enables Single Sign On for parents, staff and students to access various applications. For parents at this time, the two applications are Infinite Campus and Schoology.

Can a parent/guardian have a separate account on campus?

Only parents and guardians designated with legal rights to student records may receive a Campus Portal account. Each parent/guardian with such rights receives their own separate account. Accounts are NOT shared among more than one parent/guardian within households, i.e., there are no "household" accounts in the Portal. Each parent/guardian Portal account provides access to information for those students for which the parent/guardian has legal rights to records.
