How do I register as a parent to a DCPS student?

If you are a parent to a DCPS student, then you must also register a separate parent account from your employee account using a personal email address. Parents/Guardians must register for a new Focus account to access student information.

Do parents/guardians need a DCPS account to access focus?

How to Log On

Your initial log-in information for the Parent Portal will come via email. If you haven’t received your username and password, please reach out to your school’s registrar to make sure they have your correct email address and have granted you Parent Portal access in the system.
