What is the Georgia caregiver portal?
The Georgia Caregiver Portal was signed into law in May 2018, by former Governor Nathan Deal as part of SB 406. The purpose of the Caregiver Portal is to allow family employers to determine the employment eligibility of a current employee or job applicant who is/will be providing personal care services to that family's elderly family member.
How do I enter the activation key for Parent Portal?
To enter the activation key, click New User? under Log In. Parent Portal Help Desk for Douglas County School System in Georgia.
How do I set up my Parent Portal account?
If you are needing to set up your Parent Portal account for the first time, you must fill out a form with the Registrar in the Counseling office and provide a photo id in person to receive your activation code. This process can not be done over the phone/fax/text etc.
