What is Davenport Community Schools Parent Portal?

In January of 2011, Davenport Community Schools launched “Parent Portal” – the Parent interface of our new student information system, Infinite Campus. Infinite Campus provides a superior parent communication experience through its online Parent Portal. Parent Portal is a secure web site that you can use to track your child’s progress in school.

What is the policy on discrimination in the Davenport Community School District?

It is the policy of the Davenport Community School District not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, religion, creed, age (for employment), marital status (for programs), sexual orientation, gender identity and socioeconomic status (for programs) in its educational programs and its employment practices.

How do I add a new kindergartner to the parent portal?

A link titled Online Registration is provided in the menu options. Current preschool-12th grade families may also add their new, incoming kindergartner to the existing family Parent Portal online application using the “Add Student” option when reviewing their current students’ profiles.

Who do I contact for technical issues with the parent portal?

For technical issues accessing your Parent Portal account, please contact Infinite Campus support at (563) 336-7473. Mobile Devices & Tablets: Online Registration may be difficult to use on these devices because of screen size.

Welcome to the Davenport Community School District!

If your family is considering enrollment in our schools or you have planned to enroll your student (s) into Davenport Community Schools the first step is to determine which neighborhood school serves your home address. This is also referred to as a student's ‘home school’ or ‘boundary area’ school.

New Students

Please use the Online Registration link below to register your new, incoming student (s). The initial enrollment requires additional information from families such as, proof of immunizations and health screenings, proof of address and proof of date of birth.

Returning Students

Returning students have a simplified process to register each year by using the Online Registration link within their Parent Portal. Families will verify current student information during registration and if applicable, can add new students to their existing family information.

Parent to Teacher Communication

Communication between the home and school is very important in the academic progress of students. We encourage you to maintain close contact with your child’s teachers Please check the agenda each day for information regarding your child and encourage him/her to take responsibility for keeping it up-to-date.

Parent Portal is a service offered to parents and guardians for accessing certain student records. The service allows parents and guardians to access information about ALL of their students through one convenient website.

Accessing Parent Portal

If you have a registered Parent Portal account, visit https://focusk12.polk-fl.net/focus/ and enter your username and password. Your username is the personal email address that you used when you registered your account.
