What is it like to go to dance concepts?
The studio I went to before was nothing what a studio should be like. But after being at Dance Concepts for 9 years I can say it's everything a studio should be. Professional instructors, who also are friendly and want the best for each and every one of their students. Dance Concepts has become a second family to me.
What do you do in the dance program?
The program refines coordination, rhythm, and personality projection through beginning ballet and tap technique in a song/dance format, with imagination exercises, games, & rhythm instruments. Focus on an expanded dance vocabulary and stretch benefits in ballet, while the degree of difficulty in tap combinations is increased.
Do you have to do pointe work to learn jazz dance?
Pointe students must be recommended by the teacher, but pointe work is not required at any level. Study a poetic dance form that defines jazz technique through a style that features balance, extension and emotion. Since 1973, our philosophy of dance education has been centered on the simple idea that learning to dance should be fun.
Why should I choose to come to family Dance Academy?
Everyone there has become a second family to me and I’m so glad I choose to come here. Tuition is based on how many hours you take class each week. Most new dancers start with just 1-2 hours. Families with more than one dancer get 10% off of their second student and 20% off of their third.

Your Parent Portal lets you register your student for classes and special events, make a payment or update your billing info. You can use your parent portal to filter classes by age, day, location and more to design the perfect schedule for your family.
