Prime Time will only be open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week. There will be NO Prime Time available on Wednesdays. Can parents contact student assignment?

Parents can contact Student Assignment if their school is not offered and they want to apply for a volunteer transfer. After the transition to Plan A, Prime Time will be at the proposed locations. See below under Prime Time Locations.

Provides before and after school care for children in the school they attend. Offers children the opportunity to participate in sports, games, arts and crafts and special events. Homework time is also offered for children who wish to complete their homework before they go home.

July 18 - Last day to take the ACT

Last day to take the ACT. Make certain your student has their scores sent to Cumberland University. School code: 3954

August 1 - CU Application Opens

Our application opens August 1 and we send decisions out two to three weeks after your student’s application is complete. Our recommended deadline is January 15.

September 15 - Early Decision

October 1 - FAFSA Application Opens

Seniors may apply for the Tennessee Promise scholarship, which will provide two years of tuition-free attendance at CU.

Children have the opportunity to explore activity areas or participate in staff-instructed activities throughout the afternoon.
