Do I need to have the Crosby logo on my uniform?

Uniform shirts are not required to have the Crosby logo, but if you would like to purchase items, the bookstore is open daily during all student lunches. To view our dress code guidelines, visit our dress code page. Enrollment In order to enroll at CMS, we need proof of address and a current enrollment form.

How many absent notes can you send to JCPS?

You may fax the note to (502) 485-8424. In accordance with JCPS policy, we will only accept up to ten absent notes from a parent regarding sickness or injury. Medication: If your child needs to take medication at school, we need the authorization forms completed in order to dispense medication. There are two forms.

What is school messenger?

School Messenger is the new phone, email and SMS messaging system used by Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) to communicate school cancellations, safety alerts and other important information to you .

When do you turn in your 6th grade physicals?

Birth Certificates/Immunizations/sixth-grade physicals should be turned in to the front office within the first two weeks of school. Sports physicals— do not come to the front office. Give those directly to your child's coach.

Does Crosby's bookstore have a sweatshirt?

Our bookstore located in the cafeteria sells Crosby logo shirts and sweatshirts. Uniform shirts are not required to have the Crosby logo, but if you would like to purchase items, the bookstore is open daily during all student lunches. To view our dress code guidelines, visit our dress code page.

Do parents have to present ID to pick up their child?

Parents must present identification every time they come into the building to visit or pick up their child. No exceptions! Bus notes: If your child wants to ride a bus with a friend after school, both students must have a signed note from their parent that includes a phone number as well as the bus number.
