The Caesar Rodney School District & Nellie Hughes Stokes Elementary School are very thankful and appreciative of the generosity of Pastor Chris and the Southside Baptist Church.

District News - January 14, 2022

Gretchen Fox, M.Ed., an 8th grade English Language Arts teacher at Magnolia Middle School, was recently awarded $1,000 as the winner of the 4th Annual Hertrich Cash for Class competition. The award money will be used to support the manga and anime reading library that Mrs. Fox maintains for all students at Magnolia Middle School.

Dr. Darren Guido, Supervisor of Instruction for the Caesar Rodney School District has recently been recognized by the National Social Studies Supervisors Association (NSSSA) as their 2021 Leader of the Year.

Last week WB Simpson Elementary students were recognized for their success in the Mindful Movements Program. Master Yoon of Yoon’s Taekwondo, presented the students with their White Belts for completing their training curriculum.
