What is a connecting water school?

Connecting Waters Charter Schools are independent charter schools, where the parent is the primary educator with support from an assigned credentialed teacher (Education Specialist (ES)). Parents who enroll their children in CWCS shall, through specific enrollment and curriculum contracts and the support and guidance of their ES, accept responsibility for their children’s education. CWCS will support its students and parents with appropriate educational materials, training and with a team of ESs, ES Advisors and support staff. The ES Advisors support and guide the ESs. CWCS ESs and ES Advisors assist parents and students in all aspects of student education pursuant to relevant contracts. Our ESs are required to meet with you and your student (s) a minimum of every 20 school days.
