What is Collins school doing for 5th grade?

Collins School and Livingston Rotary Club is collecting used sneakers to be given to those in need. There is a collection bin by the front office. Drive ends on December 20th. The time has come for the BIGGEST 5th grade fundraiser of the year!!! From now until Saturday, the 5th graders are selling gourmet, award-winning POPCORN!

What is Collins Cares?

Our Collins Cares committee is collecting unopened toiletry items for families in need. Please have your child bring in items such as shampoo, mouthwash, toothpaste, deodorant, and more. We have collection boxes by the main office.

When do you report tardies in Genesis?

All absences and tardies MUST be reported through the Genesis Parent Portal by 8:00am each day. Please make sure to use the notes field to report why your child is out or if they will be late.

When is Collins Picture Day?

Collins Picture Day is scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday November 17th for Cohort A and Wednesday, November 18th for Cohort B. Individual photos will be taken only. Students must bring in the completed form or pay online ahead of time in order to take their photo. Attached is the flyer with the pay code and information.

When will hybrid classes start in 2021?

All schools will begin hybrid in person instruction at the regular time on Monday, January 19, 2021. This is a Cohort A Day.

Which doors are dismissed from K, 1, and 3?

K, 1, and 3 are dismissed from Door 2.

When will Genesis report cards be available?

Report Cards will be available on Genesis after 3 pm on December 16th. If you are scheduled to be in school and you decide to have your child work remotely you MUST call the call for safety. As a reminder, remote instruction will take place beginning on Monday, January 4th and ending on Friday, January 15th.
