How do I add a student to my CVUSD account?

The phone number or CVUSD email address that we have on file for you. Once you have logged in, you can add any students you have attending our district by clicking your name in the upper right corner and selecting Contact Information. What is Aeries online enrollment?

Aeries Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of registering a student for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school.

How long does it take to get a school ID in Coachella Valley?

You must have a valid address within the Coachella Valley Unified School District boundaries to use this system. The online process typically takes 20-30 minutes. If you are unable to complete the process in one sitting, you may logout, and resume the process at a later time.
