COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic February 14, 2022

Winnebago County Health Department will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at South Beloit High School on February 14, 2022. This clinic is open to everyone 5-years-old and above that would like to receive their COVID-19 vaccination. Registration can be completed at www.wchd.org.

Early Dismissal & Conferences

On Wednesday, February 2nd and Thursday, February 3rd, Clark Elementary will have an early dismissal at 1:30 due to Parent/Teacher Conferences. Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place on both evenings from 4pm-8pm. If you have any questions, please contact your child's teacher.

Employees and residents are encouraged to nominate public service employees for the annual Excellence in Public Service Award. The nomination process is open through 5 p.m., March 4.

BOE approves 2022-23 school year calendar

The Board of Education approved the 2022-23 school year calendar during its February 7, 2022 meeting. The first day of school for all students is August 15.

COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics for staff, parents and students - MORE DATES ADDED!

WPS will offer opportunities for anyone 5 years old and older to receive the COVID vaccine or a booster for adults 18 and older at the Alvin Morris Administrative Center.

After reviewing the most recent guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, the Wichita Public Schools will change its COVID positive case isolation protocol to align with CDC guidelines, effective Wednesday, January 12.
