MY ACCESS ID AND PASSWORD ARE NOT WORKING. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you copied and pasted the Access ID and Password from the document you received, please try typing them in manually.

HOW DO I SWITCH BETWEEN STUDENTS?

Click on the first name in the dark blue bar at the top of the screen to switch to information unique to that student.

HOW DO I ADD ANOTHER STUDENT?

From Account Preferences, select the Student tab. Click the Add button. You will need an Access ID and Access Password to add an additional student to your account.

HOW DO I SEE ASSIGNMENTS?

From Grades and Attendance, click on the grade for the course and grading period.

WHY AM I NOT SEEING ATTENDANCE INFORMATION FOR MY MIDDLE SCHOOL OR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT?

Attendance information is only available for elementary school students.

WHY SHOULD I USE THE WEB PORTAL INSTEAD OF THE APP?

The PowerSchool app is a lite version of the portal and not all information is available. For access to the full portal on your phone, you may wish to add https://powerschool.ccs.k12.in.us/public/ to your home screen or bookmark this website in your phone's browser. Follow these instructions for Android or iOS .

Error message after logging in via the web

After logging in, an error message appears that states, "An error was detected contacting the server. Please contact customer support if this continues to occur." Once the error message is dismissed, the user is taken back to the login page.

How to view report cards for kids?

Parents can view and print their child's report cards easily from Home Access. Opens in a new browser tab. . Once logged into Home Access, select the "Grades" tab on the top navigation tabs to display your child's report cards.

The Family App allows you to view your student's current class work, schedule, grades and more using your smart phone or tablet – anytime, anywhere.

What is a home access center?

Home Access Center (HAC) is an online portal designed to link information between teachers, parents, students and school administrators. It provides you access to relevant educational information pertaining to your child and their progress at any time!

When is Home Access Center closing?

Home Access Center will be closed for summer maintenance beginning July 16, 2021. If you need to save any of the 2020-2021 school year data for your child, please access it before July 16.
