Is camp safe?

Camp is a safe space. No knives or weapons of any kind should be brought to camp. Any that are brought to camp should be given to your counselor to be stored in the Directors Cabin or brought directly to the Directors Cabin. Is camp a technology free zone?

Camp is a technology free zone! Please leave all cell phones, MP3 players, laptops, etc. at home! If you do happen to bring any electronic devices to camp they need to be handed in to your counselor on Sunday and will be safely labeled and stored in the Directors Cabin where they can be picked up on Friday after checkout.

Is there food outside of camp?

There will be absolutely NO OUTSIDE CANDY, FOOD, or BEVERAGES at camp. We are serious about our commitment to keeping camp a safe space for everyone. Outside food and drink poses a danger to those campers with allergies. These items must also not be sent in packages. See below for more details.

Can you mail packages to camp Leslie?

Packages and letters can be sent to and from camp. Campers are encouraged to write letters home and parents are encouraged to do the same. We ask for parents to only mail packages, or place items that fit, into the camp leslie mailbox. If you feel that you must drop off an item, we ask that you do so during the time of 11:45AM to 12:45 PM. Please reference the Parent Handbook for what is acceptable to be sent in a package.

How long is July Camp 2?

Length: 2 weeks. Sunday, July 18 - Friday, July 30. July Camp 2 is a great way to enjoy camp life in a two week time frame, all the while experiencing the energy and excitement through its overlap of Main Camp. This session is packed full of skills development, out-of-camp trips, and special evening programs.

How long is the 5th grade camp?

Grades: 5K-8th. Length: 2 weeks. Sunday, June 13 - Friday, June 25. This session is ideal for older, first-time campers or younger campers who want an experience longer than the one-week Adventure Camp.
