Is cadence a daycare or preschool?

As part of the Cadence Family of Schools, we are a licensed preschool and day care center providing early childhood education and care for children, ages four weeks through 10-year-old. Our private preschool is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

You can find our preschool right off of Airport Road Highway 53, not far from the Draughon-Miller Central Texas Regional Airport. At Cadence Academy, Lexington, our amazing 10,000-square foot preschool features eight custom-designed classrooms where children have ample space for discovery learning centers, in a cozy atmosphere that feels like home.

Preschool & Childcare Programs

We offer child care programs for children ages six weeks through Pre-Kindergarten. Our preschool uses Ascend Curriculum, which embraces the “Whole Child” and develops new skills in different nine learning components like Literacy, Math, Technology, and Spanish each month.

How Does It Work?

The highest compliment our parents can pay us is the referral of family or friends for child care at one of our schools. The trust and confidence that you place in us each and every day means a great deal. In appreciation of that trust and confidence, we are excited to share our Parent Referral Program.

How do I get started?

The referral program is easy. Just download the Parent Referral Form, fill in the referral information, and submit it to your school director. Once the new family has used our child care services for a period of four weeks, your account will be credited accordingly. Your school director will also notify you by letter.

The staff is all trained in CPR and First Aid and at minimum have the Early Educating units that are required from an accredited college. Many staff members have their AA or BA degrees.
