Secure, web-based access is provided with authentication through the standard BU Web login mechanism. Current students can use the Student Link to sponsor login accounts for people who are not affiliated with Boston University, to provide access to specified information. Account setup is fully automated.

How do I contact the parent portal?

If there are any issues , concerns regarding accessing the Parent Portal or have misplaced your login information, please send an email to parentportal@bufsd.org. For questions regarding specific information about a student's grades or academic progress, please contact the student’s school directly.

When is parent&family orientation at Boston University?

If your student is beginning their BU experience in January 2022, Parent & Family Programs wants to welcome you to Boston University and to the City of Boston!
