Log in to the Bright Horizons Family Information Center to manage and view important information about your child (ren) and your family's account. If you're enrolled, have inquired, or would like to inquire about enrolling in a Bright Horizons child care center, but don't yet have a Family Information Center account, sign up to get access.

Can I use brightweb outside of work time?
To use BrightWeb to complete work outside of your normal work time, you need advance approval from your supervisor. BrightWeb is governed by the Acceptable Use policy. Therefore, all communication should represent the company and the user in a professional manner that reflects Bright Horizons’ culture and HEART Principles.
