CASHNet offers online payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, and ACH, provides a comprehensive view of all account information, and offers email and text alert notifications. Parents can login with their Parent ID and password. The Parent ID can be created by the student in Cashnet.

Parent Portal Information

The parent sign in is: https://baldwinco.powerschool.com/ You will need to contact the school to get information on how to access your student’s information. The schools have a pre-built letter with the necessary information the parent needs.

1. In Person

The Business Office is located on the first floor of the Cullen Building. Cash, check, money order or cashier’s check accepted. Credit cards are not accepted at the Business Office – only online.

2. By Mail

Check, money order, or cashier’s check can be sent by mail to the address below depending on your method of mail delivery. Please make the check payable to Southwestern University and include the student’s ID number on the memo line to ensure it is posted to the proper account.

3. Transact Payments Portal (formerly CashNet Payment Portal)

4. International Payments via Western Union

For international payments, Southwestern University has partnered with Western Union to provide an alternative method of payment from a foreign country.

5. Guaranteed Tuition Plans

Students can authorize their parents to access our vendor, CashNet, to make payments on their account.

General Information

Email notices will be sent to students that have balances on their accounts. These emails are sent on the 11 th and 27 th of every month to the students’ GatorLink e-mail. Students are advised to check their student account at ONE.UF for the details on charges due.
