The Bayonne School District is pleased to provide the Parent Portal communication tool. The Portal connects parents/guardians to students’ data online, anytime, from anywhere there is Internet access. Once the Portal is accessed by a secure username and password, information about only your child’s progress can be viewed.

How do I sign up for the parent portal?
The Parent Portal is a free service to our district families, and an excellent resource for you to monitor your child’s progress. Click this icon from our district homepage or type www.fridayparentportal.com/bayonne. You will be prompted to enter your username and password.
How do I link siblings in the parent portal?
First, login to one of your children in the Parent Portal. Next, click the menu icon on the top right of the screen, select , enter the sibling's portal code, username and password. Repeat these steps if there are more siblings. The next time you log into the Portal, you can click the , then , and you will see the sibling you linked.

BISD World Language Proficiency Exam Spring 2022
Please see the linked document for an overview of the World Language Proficiency Exam process for students to earn high school credit for competency. The link to sign up for an exam is embedded in the linked document. Please note that ONLY students from the end of 8th grade through 12th grade should sign up for an exam.
Outdoor Mask Use update
As of November 15, masking outdoors on the BHS campus is no longer required. Of course, masks are still required indoors, on BISD school buses, and at certain spectator events per DOH guidelines.

Do you have to wait until parent teacher conferences to log on to Family Access?
You may also review your log-on history. Because schools differ, just like children, not all Family Access features will be available at all schools. There is no need to wait until parent-teacher conferences; with this up-to-the-minute information you can be a more proactive member of your child's educational team.
