How Augsburg University Is Responding

Augsburg’s university leaders convened the COVID-19 Task Force in early 2020. The task force is actively planning for continuity in student learning, student life, operations, employee work, and student support in light of the coronavirus pandemic.

What is student portal?

Your student account portal provides you access to view your statement and recent transaction history, make payments or enroll in a payment plan, access your 1098-T, sign up for eRefund and give parent/guest access to view your student account.

What is student financial services?

Student Financial Services helps students understand their tuition and fee charges and options to fund their college career.

What is SOAR?

Student Orientation and Registration ( SOAR) is a two-day required orientation experience for all incoming first-year students who will be starting at Augsburg University in Fall 2022.

Are students required to attend SOAR?

Yes. SOAR is required for all incoming first-year students who will be starting at Augsburg University in Fall 2022.

Can parents and guardians attend SOAR?

SOAR is specifically designed for incoming first-year students. Family SOAR communications will be sent via email throughout the summer months informing parents and guardians of important information. Questions about family communications can be directed to Kristen Cooper at cooperk@augsburg.edu.

Need accommodations?

Any student with a disability-related concern in regards to SOAR should contact the CLASS/Disability Resources Office at class@augsburg.edu or 612-330-1053. Contacting CLASS two or more weeks prior to your SOAR session will help ensure that all necessary accommodations will be available.

Covid-19 Testing
