Activate your ParentSquare account from the email or text message sent by ParentSquare. If you do not have an activation email or text you can visit parentsquare.com/signin and enter your email or cell phone in the Sign-up. An activation email will be sent to you.

Why is Garden Grove Unified School District launching the ParentSquare Health Screening Form?
Garden Grove Unified School District is launching the ParentSquare Health Screening Form to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 on our campuses and district sites. As schools reopen for in-person instruction, GGUSD will require all employees and parents (on behalf of their students) to complete the ParentSquare Health Screening Form to help ensure that those with COVID-19 symptoms or close contact to someone with COVID-19 do not report to work or school. GGUSD high school and intermediate school students will have the ability to complete the form on their own behalf.

As the third largest school district in Orange County, GGUSD serves nearly 43,000 students in Garden Grove and portions of six surrounding communities. The district employs more than 5,000 staff members, and operates 68 schools, making it the largest enterprise in Garden Grove.
