What is the SAISD Parent Portal?

The new SAISD Parent Portal is an easy-to-use and secure communication tool that allows parents/guardians to monitor their child's progress in real time: All parents/guardians will need to create a new account before the app will work. Click here to set up your new account OR use the camera on your smart device to scan this QR code.

How do I contact AISD PSS?

If you have problems, e-mail pss@aisd.net. Include your name and contact information, child's name and school and any error messages. We will respond as soon as possible. AISD Employees, including substitute teachers, SHOULD NOT register for PSS.

How do I get help with devices distributed by Arlington ISD?

The district has a Student Tech Help Portal to assist with issues related to devices distributed by the Arlington ISD. Log into the portal for help documents and application instructions. You can also create a ticket with the Help Desk and a member of our technology team will contact you.

How do I access the parent portal?

Go to https://austinisd. us001-rapididentity. com/ to access the Parent Portal. If you do not have a Parent Portal Account, you can register for one online. The Parent Portal serves as the primary resource for all of the services provided online to our parents.

Families

Families may call the Family Support line at 512-414-9187; support is available weekdays from 7 a.m.–5 p.m.

Staff

Login to AISD Portal and submit request for support through the ServiceNow tile.

Parent Self Serve

This system provides access to your child's attendance and grades. If you have more than one child enrolled in AISD, only register once to gain access to all of your children.

Student Self Serve

This system provides access to attendance and grades for all students. Students will use their district-issued user id and password to access SSS. All students who are currently enrolled in AISD are automatically setup for an SSS account.

Password Help

It can take a few minutes after resetting your password for it to sync across all applications. If you cannot log into RapidIdentity after resetting the password or have trouble with the reset process, please use one of the following options:

Logging into your AISD Chromebook

It is very important that you are logging on to your AISD Chromebook with your AISD credentials rather than using guest mode.

Seesaw

Seesaw is Arlington ISD’s adopted learning management system for Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and 2nd Grade. It allows students to engage in interactive activities to “show what they know” through the use of photos, videos, drawings, shapes, and text.

Canvas

Canvas is Arlington ISD’s adopted learning management system for Grades 3-12. It will be used to allow students’ access to a variety of instructional resources and activities.

Language Translation Support

Arlington ISD wants to assist you in supporting your student's learning in every way possible. This includes providing materials and information to the public in multiple languages. While we currently provide most information in English and Spanish, we understand that there are many languages spoken in the households of AISD.
